OMG…Brownies

Being the brownie snob that I am, Korean brownies are not good.  Even the ones that the foreigner crowd say are good, well, they aren’t.  So I need to say a huge thank you to a fantastic person at home for sending me brownie mix.  A few friends and I made mini-brownie muffins on Tuesday night.  By Wednesday night, almost all of mine were gone.  Whoops.

And the best part of mini muffin brownies… they are ALL corner pieces!  Rockstar. How have I never thought of this before?
